Great place to learn sales techniques.

Cons

Depending on the location, the opportunity for commission may be low and compared to privately owned companies, the pay is low. You also have to work evenings and weekends.

I do not have to work outside in the rain. Upper management only visits once in a while. I am learning what not to do to be successful.

Cons

Unrealistic goals with no tools to attain them. All they care about is increasing their profit over last year. They are trying to downsize and continue to grow at the same time.

Pros

Great place to work if you are a student in college. They will work around your flexible schedule, plus cleanup at the end of each night is nothing compared to working in other retail stores (clothing).

Cons

Getting secret shopped and the management really observing your sales record puts you under great pressure to continue to do well. Prepare for lots of role playing, which I do not enjoy.
