Easy work, good management, free pair of glasses every year, no long hours after closing to get the store back in order like in most retail stores. Learn a lot about the benefits of different lenses, and wearing sunglasses.

Cons

Not many hours available, everybody is part time. Sometimes the weekly goals are unrealistically high.

People oriented and there is always something to do. Then other associates are friendly, hours are flexible.

Cons

benefits could be better although you get a free pair of Glasses once a yr and free exams. The full time medical benefits could be better.
