Pros

Great training program and atmosphere. My co-workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I finish a huge chunk in the training program, they guide me through hands on training and offer great feedback. I'm more confident with the work every time!

Cons

Training on the computer takes forever...I'm a hands on person. I know that I'm in training at the moment...but I wish there were more hours to go around. I may need to take on a third job.

Good working environment and culture. Management was motivating and supportive. Held period group meetings which were helpful in keeping everyone feeling connected and knowledgeable.

Cons

The base pay is minimal and not much of an increase per year. I also did not see a lot of opportunity for advancement.
