Having people truly appreciate the help you give them, good bonuses for performing well, and of course, a free pair of glasses each year. Excellent use and implementation of new and existing technology.

Cons

Expectations are insane given the number of hours and personnel they allocate for stores. The computer OS they use in stores is embarrassingly outdated and buggy.

Cons

Lots of information to learn in a short amount of time so it can be overwhelming for the first 6 months. Lots of on-going training. Hours reduction during slow season.
