Encouraging people and helping people see.

The lab equipment is so outdated something breaks every 3 months! Then it up to you to fix the crap or they will send you a refurbished piece of crap that something else it wrong with and its only a matter of time until it breaks. Everyone is mad at you as the lab manager because the machines they send are crap and the customers constantly yell at them so they yell at you. Your never get anything "new" it's all over 30 yrs old!!! Not impressed. For a multi billion dollar company we should be given state of the art equipment and equipment techs to fix it!!! It's crazy.

I loved the community of the store I worked at. Lab and Retail work seamlessly together and the people make coming to work a genuine joy.

Cons

Our store became chaotic at times. The biggest problem is how often things that are supposed to work don't work, leading to long waits on hold for support.

The cons unfortunately are not enough hours, not enough staff, underpaid ,underappreciated overwhelmed , and with all that you're expected to do, with the hours that you aren't given and the people that you don't have to do it with it's like they're setting you up to fail. Goals are set so high it's impossible to achieve . If you should happen to have a really good year you can bet your next year won't be so good because you will be goal ed so high you won't be able to achieve the goals that they set.
