Pros

Great place to start of and polish skills, excellent place to grow as an optician.

Cons

Horrible appreciation for employees and their thought. Management does not care about anything but quotas. Be prepared to learn how to stand on you own two feet and take charge cause you will get little to no help.

Pros

Another corporation nickle and diming employees and patients to make a profit. Punished for putting the customer first. So when you abide by policy, corporate office makes you feel like an idiot by putting the customer first "for you". Backwards company. Employees who have invested years and developed talent get shameful penny raises, where new hires get subsatantial dollar amounts at hire. Old employee 10 years in at $10/hr. New hire with no optical experience at $15/hr. Way to keep turn over rate down. Invest on already invested talent!

Cons

Wish this already great monster of a company would appreciate their positive employees with a fair challenge. Give more of a voice to us and allow us the power to actively make this company greater than it already is.

Pros

Technology! I love the technology that the company has and what they are getting. Cutting edge! So great to be able to show the customers what they are getting and why they need it!

Cons

Where do I start? First, this company does not care about their employees. They claim to care about their associates, associates matter, associates are our customers. It's all a lie. If you question them or think someone in upper management is doing something wrong, don't call them out on it. Whatever you do, do not call HR when you suspect upper management of doing something wrong. You will eventually be fired or written up. There is no such thing as open door policy with this company. Gm's are not protected by anyone here.
