Flexible hours with school schedule, discounts, team environment, never boring, get to do different tasks so you are always busy. really cares about the customer.

Cons

Working nights, weekend, holidays. A lot of responsibility comes with making someones glasses so there is no room for error. Unfair scheduling.

Flexible schedule. And can be rewarding helping customers and patients. Have had some really good times and some really bad times there. It depends on manager.

Cons

Staffing issues because of how many hours the sites are allowed to schedule sometime makes helping customers or getting ones work completed very difficult.
