Pros

Flexible work schedule. Great training for lab techs. My location had great co-workers. Offered tuition assistance to further education in related field. My direct Supervisor was GREAT at leading people and made the department fun.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Incentives (bonus) that were promised were never seen despite meeting 1 hours deadline goals. I was promised a raise after completing training however the training was computer based and the computers were down. I was never able to "complete" training.

Good place to learn the trade. They will give you plenty of hands-on training and experience.

Cons

Corporate culture isn't the best and varies significantly from store to store. Too many middle managers needing to 'explain' to the manager above them creates a pass-the-buck culture.
