Pros

Great company! Great growth potential, they hire from within. You gain tons of valuable knowlegde and the star and management was always willing to help and teach.

Cons

There is a lot of trial and error. You gain the most knowledge from old fashion experience. Some of the older employees really see know value in the younger employees.

Pros

Every year you received a voucher for at least one free pair of glasses. You can pick from almost any frame and lens the company sells.

Cons

Too many to list here, but the main gripe I have with the company is how their management is structured. Great GM's but I am not sure how they pick their sales supervisors. They could care less about what background they have and don't really care whether or not someone within the company would like to be promoted. There's almost no advancements being made within the stores/or company.
