Pros

They give a pension plan.. that's all they have to offer, the rest of the company and CEO are just filled with greed and don't care about customers or associates !!

Cons

They don't care about customers at all, they care only about money, they are a greedy company who wants us to pretty much steal from customers by sneaking eye ware protection plans on their orders and telling them they NEED it,, let the customer make that decesion !! shame on them !! And the don't care abot Their Associates at all, pay it awful for what we make for the company.. !!

Things started as soon as got hired and I understood the make such a huge mistake to accept this role. There is a lot of things and I read some comments and they are so true. Haven’t meet with any store manager who is happy or motivated. We are all desperate and exhausted, super unprofessional Regional Manager approach, Beware you will get call out any teams call or caps on mail chains because RM needs something urgently while your associates hours cut and you are running store with one associate and you have to pre testing, welcoming patients. It’s literally worst place you wish to work for.

Pros

The workers you work with will absolutely be the only people that understand you and how terribly the company treats their workers.

Cons

- They cut hours CONSTANTLY even knowing how little staffed some locations are (due to the HIGH turnover rate). - NPS never matches up since most customers base it off their general service from the whole store. - You could be a perfect candidate for growth in the company and train months for it and they will take it away from you the second your NPS is down. - Always adding new ways to do things and most of the time it's not even helpful. - They are INSANELY cheap, you have to put your life in danger to deliver cash to a bank, and they never have an IT person come to the store to fix any technology issues (you are expected to be IT and a mover), lastly they expect your store to get robbed every day and you have to suffer counting the frames in RFID. - The POS system Ciao! is super old and terribly made, as a UX/UI designer who studied it for years, there are so many design issues that it drove me crazy. Overall I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone retail wise, stick with corporate, it seems to be better from what I was told,
