Very numbers driven Spiffs only if store makes set targets Lots of pressure to make sales goals as well as meet many set kpis Constant changing of day to day protocols with not much follow through Lots of changes in past year with more focus on often unreasonable sales goals and less focus on employee well being

Vultures, they push strange finance tools to pressure teams into pushing more purchasing. Glasses are heavily expensive and most managers are micromanagers.
