Too much politics and favoritism. No work life-balance. District and regionals expect you to staff your store with measly pay for staff. Too many chiefs and not enough employees to help you operate effectively. So many people giving so many directives.

Decent health benefits, PTO (if you’re actually able to take it before it expires), and solid discounts.

Cons

Too many to list, honestly. The company culture is toxic and management style from regionals and above is built upon looking for failures (even when none are apparent) instead of celebrating successes and raising staff up. Managers and staff are paid far below market value and not provided with resources needed to perform their jobs adequately. It’s an abusive workplace.
