-The hours model is absolutely ridiculous. The brand does not support you if you're having a bad week in sales. Expectation is to cut as many hours as you can and pretty much have salaried leaders work themselves to exhaustion. -Most decision making is not collaborative with employees working in the field. -The leadership style is very much like a dictatorship. -There is a major disconnect with whats happening at a store level and upper management -The new in-store measurements system has gone backwards in technology -Some departments seem to be over funded( training+marketing) -This brand is not eco-friendly at all, wastes too much marketing material -Too many tracks, trainings and compliance reports and not enough time to complete as you're constantly trying to cut hours. -The expectations are ridiculous based on how resources are provided -Have to attend meetings and respond to emails on days off as many times subject will say" critical response needed".

You are not valued as an employee. You are treated like a nuisance when it comes time for a raise. They absolutely want to pay you at rock bottom prices and expect stellar numbers in sales out of you. You will be foaled high and they do this to prevent you from getting your commissions check. The commission structure is a complete job where you have no incentive to sell.
