Pros

Paycheck and insurance. Other than that, it's not that great. I highly would not recommend. Maybe under new management it would be a better place to work. Who knows.

Cons

Management sucks. Upper management is extremely nit picky. Everything is so micromanaged that keeping track of even the day's numbers is inaccurate. Problems with their systems affect employees paychecks even if it was the system error that caused it.

Pros

- Some coworkers willing to help you learn - Some employees were down to earth, willing to speak about life and the issues within the company - Seem to have great employee benefits, in free glasses

Cons

- No chance for growth - Manager would not let me know when my paycheck had come in - Seems like you are trying to rip people off, when they could go somewhere else for an affordable price. - Pressured to create sales, no matter what needs to be done. - GUI for point of purchase is TERRIBLE. As a software developer, there were only icons to distinguish text boxes and were not self-explanatory. - Software to learn is not helpful - Manager would schedule me for shift without asking for my school schedule. Would not be able to come into the shifts, leads to my next response. - The shift website, would not allow you drop a shift or allow someone to pick it up - Additionally, I offered to send my manager my school schedule through email but did not want it. Would have me write the information onto a piece of receipt paper and then may lose the paper.

Pros

Great people and the work was enjoyable. 401k included a nice company price match as well as a free pair once a year.

Cons

No full time work available or anyway to move up in the company. Expect to work every weekend and miss a lot of family events.
