Cooperative work environment, Reasonable customer base, Nice location, Employee discount and annual free glasses, Professional Coworkers, Local manager is approachable, fair and friendly.

Cons

Schedule and hours vary greatly. 30 hours considered full time, 10 hours considered part time. Available paid hours for employees based on escalating corporate sales goals. Massive seasonal shifts in scheduled hours. High bar for accessing non-vision benefits.

Cons

The company cuts corners and will try to save money any way they can. Slow to help when there are issues. Corporate doesn't understand how the store actually functions or what the employees do. your hours will depend on how much the store makes. They will fluctuate through out the year so if this is your primary job be aware your income may not be the same each month
