Pros

Working at LensCrafters has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The team is awesome — supportive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping each other grow. It’s a positive environment where teamwork really matters, and everyone is encouraged to bring their best every day.

Cons

If I had to list a con, it would be seeing how overworked some of the managers are. They do a lot and truly care, but it sometimes felt like they weren’t getting the support or balance they deserved. That said, it didn’t take away from how great the team was to work with.
