So many to list. 1) Operates like a sweat shop. Management thinks they are above everyone, talks down, manages by threat and intimidation 2) Every call is filled with negativity and is a scavenger hunt to look for petty things they can blast you on even if petty and trivial 3) There is no check and balance to make sure managers are professional and treating people fairly and respectfully. They just get away with it and concerns shared are never taken seriously. 4) People are afraid to speak up because those that do have been fired. 5) Management constantly lies and gets away with it. 6) If you have an opinion that is different then your manager it is not valued and respected and a matter of fact used against you later.

Managers choose favorites, so its hard to move up the latter. Sexual harassment was not taken seriously. Women are mainly inside sales reps, while men are managers or field reps. Bad training and poor management.
