      Good stepping stone, not a career company!

      Pros

      Global environment. Excellent at core competencies (supply chain, & manufacturing). Good talent in lower ranks.

      Cons

      Worst executive leadership team I have seen industry wide, bad attitudes and cut throat style management.. You will find both the smooth talking deceitful leaders and the blunt aggressive ones. They are not trust worthy and do not trust others - astute focus on self promotion and egregious favoritism in promotion of others. This company is not a career company, but a good stepping stone for the short while it exists. BTW, HR is non existent.. more of an administrative staff, or sometimes promoters of manufactured and unmeaningful company mottos.

      Pros

      Great co- workers, great solutions, lots of talent at the worker level.

      Cons

      Bloated management ranks across the board in DCG while field sales, support, services, and operations jobs left unfilled indefinitely…. Company wide reorganization recently and even more executives added - IBMers hiring former IBM pals or shuffling around with new, bigger titles and pay increases while the worker bees toll 60+ hours weekly and still not hitting their quotas. Complete disconnect at executive level with reality.

      Staff benefits if you manage to survive.

      Always worried about losing my job Top management always threatens employees. Employees are not to voice out their ideas and comments if they do, management would leash out politics to make employee life hard such setting lots of meeting after/before office hours and 8 or 7am meetings everyday just to put you on peformance review if you are late. Awfuly nasty working enviroment. Words such is very common "i as your boss command you to do as i say" Middle management only concern about their job. Never focused to win deals. as simple request of bring leave forward to next year due to covid19 was thrown bacl to employees to plan their leave with no way to leave the country during covid.
