      Love it while you're there.

      Cons

      Go out of your way for mgrs,directors, they will make you feel special and doing a great job, but will execute the most unfair non - door open policy and stab you in the back due to other coworkers envy and egos. Work life balance sucks, they constantly buy new roofs to place on a flooded and weak foundation. Underhanded, and DOES NOT APPRECIATE the employees who are not suck ups.

      Respectfully disagree. Although not all of our leaders are perfect, most are pretty good. It looks like you had some serious issues with yours. This is not what we want, nor expect from our leaders. If you were still here, we'd ask you to engage HR immediately. It is a shame you are gone. We never want someone to leave with bad feelings.       Good salary - but that's all, precious little additional benefits. Oh and there is a tremendous amount of work to get done...

      Where to begin... - Systems - shockingly bad, in 2012 they were still using Lotus Notes for instance. - Poor management - my manager was "difficult" to say the least. - Pervasive passive aggressive culture. - Terrible HR - Lack of benefits. - overloaded with work

      Great bonus structure if you are a good at "shoeshiner"

      Cons

      Poor Management, Poor HR department, No respect to Employees, No employee want to stay longer, Long working hours, peoples would call you in 7X24hrs. No work life balance, Managment loves to pick on you, very cold and never appreciate to employees
