There was no micro management which is a plus In lieu of compensation management was able to provide extra days off

Cons

Management was so worried about being in a click with other persons below them it was difficult to express what was really going on in the business

Lots of opportunities for growth.. great products which I'm proud to own and to sell. Focus on innovation which is rare in PC industry.

Cons

Too many things to be done... too little time. Time management can be challenging as PC industry is about speed.

Lenovo was a fun place to work. The atmosphere around the office was great and gave a reason to come to work in the morning.

Cons

Promotion process was a bit of a concern. Promotions were based on popularity and agreements rather than the best person for the job.
