Lots of opportunities for growth.. great products which I'm proud to own and to sell. Focus on innovation which is rare in PC industry.

Cons

Too many things to be done... too little time. Time management can be challenging as PC industry is about speed.

The people, I can't stress this enough. The product, people that own Thinkpads are passionate about them

Cons

Value on Canadian employees doesnt exist. Hiring of Dell executive team who is price centric (drop cost) doesn't match with the value of the Lenovo product or the IBM mentality.
