Cons

No professional growth, no benefits, no medical insurance, no awards, actually I can't advise it as a good place for work. Good but not for a long time

Cons

Chinese company fully directed by chinese execs that dont understand the US or world market. Extremely low talent level

-Many legacy IBM tools and processes still being used -Need to move to real time information -Don't push software and peripherals that you can't support properly
