Good people overshadowed by burnout and under-resourcing

Pros

Generally good people. Some over-promoted. "Big Green Dent" is a good mission but it's become unclear how Kraken (except Flex) has anything to do with it.

Cons

Widespread burnout in Platform team. Lack of investment in basic platform resilience from leadership. Team size far too small for all the work that needs doing. Company talk about valuing people is not put into practice.

Ethical mission. Decent people. Nice offices. Actual flexible working - no expectation to be in the office all the time (but you can if you want). Good products and tech.

Cons

Pay transparency is lacking. Some managers seem out of their depth. The staff under them suffer.
