Cons
- Becoming much more corporate with obvious movement towards IPO - this will almost certainly have some potentially negative impact on the pros listed above. - Upper management seem to largely ignore some parts of the company to the detriment of the leadership and management of those parts. - Struggling to improve communication in teams which are globally distributed. - Pay does not match companies aspirations. - Pay scales are not transparent and there is still resistance to making things fully transparent.
