Strong profile - blue-chip image is great for the CV Promotion and staff grading structure allows career progression - but may need to move to different departments to achieve this

Cons

Strong "grey-hair mentality" in some departments - the older you are, the more you may get listened too Lots of people who have been around for a long time - stuck in their ways Short-termist hire and fire mentality driven by US management - often make wrong decisions for global business
