Pros

Many opportunities to travel internationally and to move jobs between different businesses within the bank. Generally a very inclusive work environment where internal networking is actively promoted by senior management. Pay is in line with the top of the market for top performers.

Cons

Highly political matrix-management can stifle innovation. Frequent changes at MD level can mean that strategy is not consistent from one year to the next. Combined with the institution's conservative approach can make the work environment feel that it lacks dynamism. A very US-centric HQ an corporate culture.
