Pros

Many opportunities to grow if you move to other departments within the company; State of the art technologies and a impressive training opportunities.

Cons

Decisions made based on politics rather than for the benefit of the company. Impossible to have a long term career. The moment you grow and achieve higher pays they will replace you for a new grad.

Pros

Worklife Balance; Opportunity For Advancement; Many Departments in Each Location/Wide Variety of Opportunities; Great Benefits; Very supportive when became disabled & unable to work; Good Work Culture;

Cons

Men made more then women in same positions with similar experience - though I hope that has changed (this is a fact, had access to earnings for our entire department); Like any job, your personal experience & satisfaction level depends completely on your management team; Some mangers were great & others made it difficult to work there (recommend clear cut guidelines for expectations of managers & basic management training classes to make sure all on same page & representing the values of the JP Morgan Chase Work culture); Reviews were based solely on opinions of management versus measurable job performance in most cases;

Pros

I am proud to have been an employee of this company. Once you become an employee, their benefits are top-notch and not only that, they have a ton of tools you can use to further your career. They're also a company who really cares about the communities they serve--charities, row boat racing, Runs for Cancer...at great. I am sad I had to leave.

Cons

The recruiters are infamous for treating interviewing candidates as if they are numbers on the page – – they may help connect you with someone so you can interview, but if you were turned down for the role, you receive no communication on why you were turned down and any future emails are completely ignored.
