Benefits Opportunity for “unlimited” commission - that’s how they get you. They pay a guaranteed commission of $1000/month bonus (which is taxed at 40%) during your first year but after that you’re on your own Soft skill set development

Cons

Work life balance - pretty much non existent. Even though you get vacation and personal time, if your manager sucks good luck getting it approved Management - although there are some really great Branch Managers within the company, the vast majority are REALLY terrible Constant sales pressure

-most of the staff are very professional staff with a very competitive environment -A fast pace working environment but a good place to learn for all level -Fewer politics -strongly encourage for mobility across department and country -A lot of event / sport activities to promote team work and better working culture

Cons

- hard to get work-life balance -manual process with a huge workload -back office salary not tally with the workload and way less than the front office -hard to get a promotion internally

Office Politics, Very process oriented and hierarchal Too slow as most of the teams are cross functional and dependency on teams. Technology is there to support business and adoption of latest technologies is slow.
