Pros

Just the brand, but nothing here is positive at all.

Cons

The whole technology wing of JP Morgan is dominated by Indians(90%) and Russians(10%) and both come from a third world mind-set. Just work, work ,work and more work. They don't know anything work-life balance and they just promise that they can make a mule run like a horse. Indians in the middle-management are nothing but passing pressure down the chain.I'm an indian ethnically but not ethically and the amount of bias they have against hiring people of other ethnicity is just horrible. Hope the people will soon realize this.
