Pros

Good Bonus , it is outside ctc. Fixed pay, No variable component Goodies and RNR every quarter.

Cons

People work in silos. No Proper process, Everyone prefers to work 12 hrs rather than putting efforts to streamline process and get better results. No QA. I'm shocked that a banking giant like this doen't have a QA. Business Analysts are dummy and manager's ask us to adjust with them. No requirements are given to developers. Developers are expected to talk to clients(ops),create jira's and work and deliver to production, and If a developer does it he gets hike of 10-15%. This is easier said then done. To talk to ops and understand what they want is the biggest problem across the org structure. No flexibility in timings and no work from home. Not much projects in dot net technology. No appreciation if u learn and develop in new technology. U are only judged by your negotiation skills with ops. Not good growth for a developer. No knowledge sharing ,No documentation, Nill Team work,No Planning. Be ready to sit for 8-10 long hrs with unpredictable work.

Pros

Good Politics, One can even start a career as a politician, if they work in JPMC for at least one year. No real work just US teams work Harder. Indian Site Sucks. Good for Goldman Ex Employees(Idiots).

Cons

Dirty Politics, No real HR Policies. Partiality for the are Goldman Sachs ex employees/Idiots. All the Employees know about other Employee Salary and and always discuss about them and treat you accordingly. Tend to bring you down if their salary is less than you yours.

Pros

- When I was there in 2015, very less politics and more work. - If you are in the right team, your efforts will be recognized. - Above average pay. - Good Infrastructure. - Decent Food Options.

Cons

Newer management hires diluted the work culture and bought with them dirty politics from their previous organizations.
