Pros

Transportation, Initially good salary, flexible work timings, good place to work if you dont want to grow, can do repetitive menial work without getting bored for hours

Cons

No innovation, you don't need to use your brains to work here. Horrible politics, biased people. Major communication gaps between onsite and offshore team. Sometimes, onsite team treats offshore team as their slaves. If you are pet of your onsite manager, you will get loads of good work else.. forget it... come to office, do some menial job and leave..
