Pros

People there are really friendly and welcome to help. Staff training is very useful. Team review is performed frequently which can help to improve the effeciency.

Cons

Workload is kind of heavy and may need to overtime work sometimes. The company is too big so even a small thing need to go through many levels and processes thus reduce the efficiency.

Pros

Good company for the people who wants the routine work and don't want to take challenges in their day-to-day work.

Cons

Management says it's "Technology Company", but I don't see any competitive technologies are being used when compared to market. No value for technical people.
