Pros

Flexible schedules, benefits, pay and challenging roles all make this a really great place to work. I have truly grown here due to the many exceptional people I have worked with and the variety of projects I have been a part of.

Cons

Although there are countless opportunities here, at a certain point, there seems to be no clear path for taking that next career step.

Pros

Vacation, 401K benefits, decent health benefits

Cons

Very political, the only way to move up is to brown nose your way to the top. Compensation is low and incompetence is rewarded.

Pros

- Plenty of learning opportunities - Colleagues are very good at what they do and normally top performers in the industry - Potentially high bonuses even at the analyst level

Cons

- Very long hours, even at the private bank - Workload and pressure does not leave time to actually learn and use the resources - Most people I met seem focused on achieving their goals without really caring how they treat those around them
