Pros

Very few A good brand to work, would boost your resume

Cons

Mediocre Infrastructure Terrible management Even worse mid level management They don't care about their employees, they are treated as mere resources than human beings NO WORK LIFE BALANCE Once you quit the company, you would be treated worse than Non Employees. I had to call them up multiple times for my reliving letter etc and am yet to get them. Technologies are minimal. You wouldn't get to learn much here You are reviewed by various other factors rather than you work and your competency. Employees have a terrible time managing work and home, and the management doesn't seem to care about the well being of their employees. The benefits and perks received are way lesser than in other decent firms.
