Pros

They pay competitive salaries, but you must negotiate it like anything.

Cons

There is no flexibility in any aspect. It is purely a manager company. No one will give you any knowledge/documents about the project you are in also. They use very old technologies. Even they monitor how long you are away from your desk for having tea/coffee. No scope for innovation or learning new things. You can only forget the good skills you have after joining there.

Pros

A good company who can rapidly expand its footprint and provide employment at low cost labour.

Cons

Ongoing poor management • There is clear poor understanding and poor realistic calculation of the amount of time available in comparison to the workload that needs to be completed by individuals and team as a whole. • The amount of times where valid concerns/ issues have been (re)addressed to management and end up being dismissed is horrendous. • There is clear lack of 2 way feedback and professional skills. Management will refuse to address issue(s) for their personal benefit, leaving this at your own expense which also creates imbalance emotional power at workplace. • Management is incapable of multitasking or work out efficiently who has done what or when. This provides unfair working condition to employees/ team members where managers fail to recognise individuals’ true potentials and achievements, and individuals have to keep duplicating time and efforts when addressing matters or answering queries to managers. • Lack of diversity and understanding of various different background of people

Pros

Cons

You have to buy your own Chase apparel, your first few outfits are free after that you are on your own. Chase apparel is pretty pricey!
