Pros

Company provides many benefits and it is good, like food, cabs and shuttles.

Cons

Leaders are dangerous, if you question them they will make sure that you are put into situations where you have to resign. There is no way you can develop yourself in an environment like this. U have to agree to everything they say.

Pros

JP Morgan offer a decent salary to start with and some company benefits. There is also a good social scene and they are a good company to have on your CV

Cons

Very boring work, with very little career progression. Too many managers who have been there too long, who are only looking to protect their own jobs. The company also suffers from too much company politics & suffers from staff who are basically hanging around for retirement or a good redundancy settlement
