Pros

J.P. Morgan provides great exposure to the markets (stocks, bonds, alternatives) while giving you a foundation for sales and success.

Cons

There isn't a clear cut promotion process as there is a huge gap in job requirements from the Analyst to the Associate/VP level. There needs to be some form of fill the gap.

Pros

Exposure Working culture Career Growth Learning and Development (professionally & personally) The opportunity and exposure that I have got with this firm is something that I have not got anywhere else till now. People (senior to your team member) respect each other for the work that has been done. Be it management style, career growth, professional exposure everything I have learned it from this firm and it will be my dream firm to join back again and give back more what I have learned after I left.

Cons

Every company has its own good and bad but one thing I would say that if you have ever worked with this firm and you liked it then you will never face any challenge in any similar across the industry. Payscale is something that can be looked upon, but I have less Cons to say.. WOULD LOVE TO COME AND JOIN

Pros

Good pay. Only thing good about JP Morgan is good pay which is above average than the industry's. However it does not make sense to sacrifice career growth just for that extra 20% money.

Cons

--No growth --Long working hours --Should stay late almost every day in almost all the teams, as we are dependent on US teams --Reorganization happens frequently --Full of politics --No promotions
