Pros

Great environment, good benefit packages. Nice offices and diversity. Good mix of people and variety of opportunities. Great place to kick start your career.

Cons

Good starting salaries but once in the pay raise is very slow. You might find yourself underpaid after a few years compared to industry averages. Depending on the division/manager level of support could change. Can be very bureaucratic and changes could take very long to be implemented.

Pros

1) The biggest pro of working here is the environment. It is so relaxed and chilled out that you may not feel like you are working for one of the biggest financial institution. 2) I worked for almost 7 years and during that period had many managers to report to. All, except one, had the same motto, complete your work and enjoy. 3) Huge cafeteria with ample space to sit and eat with break-out areas on each floor where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. 4) Air conditioned cab services to drop you home.

Cons

1) As I mentioned in the pros, that except one manager all were very professional approach. This one guy ruined my joy of working there and was the reason for me quitting the job . Not sure if this counts as a con. 2) Salaries not upto market standards, but have heard that they have begun to give some pretty good raises over the past one year. 3) Public holidays are very limited (just 2 per year in the team where I worked). But they give plenty of other leaves to compensate. 4) The night allowances were pretty miserable.
