      Awesome product, great people and fantastic team. The office relaxed but hard working. Loads of perks, and flexibility. Great pay!

      Pros

      Open PTO plan, co-workers are nice, open concept offices, good office locations, minimal micro management

      Cons

      Even thought it is open PTO plan, be prepared to work even on holidays when there is no one to back you up. Portable laptop means you need to carry it with you anywhere anytime. Office culture varies depending which office you are in.

      Cons

      Highly distributed organization but centralized decision making in the US mainly. Silo organization make it sometimes difficult to communicate and promote ideas. Lots of free snacks and few incentives to go workout (no workout room or sponsored subscription).
