      Pros

      Career development programs, bonuses based on performance, great atmosphere, great cultural environment, employees incentives and flexibility programs, great place to work in general.

      Cons

      In becoming a big corporate, Indeed is losing some of the unique characteristics it used to have in the past. Lack of communication - especially in the Senior Management - is one of the main issues, causing disconnection among departments and frictions within teams.

      Nessuno. Ah no: a fine mese vi arriva il basic. Fine dei pro.

      Cons

      MicroManagement ossessivo e compulsivo a tutti i livelli. Nessuna cura del personale e poche scarse possibilità di carriera. Nonnismo e sessismo (donne trattate palesemente male, in vari episodi è stato coinvolto HR). La menzogna è all'ordine del giorno. Disparità di trattamento nel personale (ad alcuni viene data la possibilità di lavorare da remoto, ad altri no.) Cultura interna da azienda nipponica degli anni '30! La gente non lascia o si trasferisce, bensì abbandona o, peggio ancora, fugge via. Se non mi credete, guardate il team Italia a Dublino diminuito da 50 a 15...
