Pros

Not one pro for company

Cons

Horrible company to work for, no work life balance, PTO never approved that you work hours upon hours to earn. Dont get help when you ask for it. CEOs change so often you can’t even learn the name before it’s a new one in. Company will go under

Pros

Work from home. Good hours.

Cons

Aside from what everyone else has said in these reviews let's add how poorly the company is distributing their money. The marketing sucks. We are attracting the poor, the ghetto, the unemployed, those on Disability. They are draining our time that could be used to sell to capable customer, those who understand they are not going to get LHR for only $59 or full body for $1000. The company loses money by having to hire more people to handle all these bogus calls. This does not make sense. How about restructuring the LRC team and making them actually screen the leads! We would do so much better if we had real quality leads than having them send over every and ANYbody just to make their $10. Oh and what's up with having a budget to pay the QA team whose only job is to babysit and constantly write, "We have guests waiting!" Yea. Of course we do. You do not need to tell us. We are NOT going to rush off a call just to answer another. How about putting those funds towards a department that is of actual beneficial use? I know. How about the Outbound team again so we aren't stuck having to make these ridiculous no buy calls to people who have already said no or double declined?

Pros

Remote and met some great people.. that’s it.

Cons

Upon my interview, I was sold a dream. I was told how impressive my resume was, how I am going to make over 100k a year easily, how my name is going to be all over the top sellers list.. did that happen? No. If you don’t have connections within this company/management/LRC, then you will never get good leads sent your way. You will wait 2+ hours most days for a lead who won’t have any money, decent credit, or even be qualified medically to do the treatment. Half of the leads don’t speak English, don’t have jobs, and don’t even want to speak to you. If you do get a decent lead and they buy it will probably become a refund, or they get buyers remorse when they read our bad reviews. How are we supposed to do a minimum of at least 6 calls a day? This job has nothing to do with selling skills, but everything to do with who you know and luck. The LRC picks and chooses who they send “good” leads to. Management gives their favorites exceptions to stay in “elite” which gives them quicker calls while the rest of us peasants get the trash left overs that the Elite people skipped. You are reprimanded for not hitting draw multiple months in a row and are always on edge and scared you will get fired… how am I supposed to even just hit draw with the garbage leads I am being sent? The top sellers do NOT experience even a quarter of the leads regular AC’s get. Top sellers also sell guests treatments they are not candidates for just to get their commission. A lot of good sales you do get are mostly just pure luck unless you truly get a lead who knows what they want and have money. That sale won’t mean anything because you’ll have a refund take it away anyways. But there’s no refunds in the contracts huh?? Management trains us to manipulate and gaslight guests into buying, and dig into their emotions. Yuck. Instead of hiring more and more ACs.. why don’t you focus on the ones you have and not penalize us for not hitting goals if they are IMPOSSIBLE to obtain with the bad leads we get?? I can’t pull money from someone who doesn’t have it so why am I at risk for losing my job? Marketing for this company stinks. Why post $39 for CS and be shocked we can’t sell someone a 6k package when they thought it was $39? Make it make sense. Posting ads on Facebook in low income areas doesn’t help either. It’s wasting our time, and wasting money giving the LRC their $5-$10 show for it. I work overtime everyday/week/month and am not paid for it. My days off I’m usually working. There is no job security here. We are disposable. You are just a body and if you don’t bring them money you will be outta here in no time. Once hired, it’s obvious management decides if they want you in the “good queue” I like to say. Then you’ll make money every month.. if you’re not chosen, prepare to struggle. This job is NOT about skill. I’m anticipating them letting me go even though I’ve worked my butt off working 10+ hours a day everyday trying to make even a penny out of these horrible leads… but come end of this month I am almost certain the company will be firing dozens of consultants, they’ve already fired management.. so start looking for new jobs now people if you’re not producing over $125k every month. They don’t care about you, they care about your revenue. They don’t care about why we can’t make money, or what can they do to help you.. don’t expect them to help you other then throw you in pointless zoom meetings or listen to 1-2 of your calls if THAT. Pray when you get hired they want you to make money and put you in the chosen group of good calls and money. If you’re not chosen, you’re not making a penny like I am worried about how you will pay rent. This review is only a small insight of what goes on within this company. I am depressed, disappointed, and fearful.
