Thank you for taking the time to review Ideal Image. We are thankful for your feedback and appreciate the time you shared with us, as an Associate. On behalf of all of us at Ideal Image, we are committed to providing additional support to all of our clinics and have recently onboarded a new Operations leader who is actually in the centers to provide that crucial support. As a successful 20-year old company with over 2,500 Associates in the United States and Canada, we are always grateful to take your feedback and the opportunity to take immediate action to remedy and issue or need.

Pros

Steady Paycheck Free services if you can get them 401k Floating holidays and Vacation time

Cons

Don’t ask employees to fill out Glassdoor Reviews as you aren’t going to get all the positive reviews you think you. Managers will ignore you through teams and email when you need help. It’s great when they tell you to message them and then tell you all their chats are muted so they aren’t paying attention to their employees. If you earn contests for $$ you will not receive it for months and when you bring it to their attention you will not be acknowledged. If you are sick and have to call out you will be reminded how it’s an occurrence and they will ask if you’ve called your leads yet. There is no feel better, sorry you have to go to the ER, nothing it is a transaction at the bank. They will make you work 6 days a week if needed for the business but you don’t make overtime or extra cash. It’s also expected that you work over 40 hrs a week. If you are told one thing by one manager then another manager tells you another thing. You can’t get ahold of HR when you call they say sorry no one is here to help you let me take a message. Then you get no call back or an acknowledgment from them. Depending on your state and area you live the company’s health insurance may not be taken but you will still have to pay for it if you sign up. If you don’t follow the rules for your position you will get rewarded and just a slap on the wrist, better yet you get to continue to do it.

Pros

Probably none. They lure you with "free treatments " that are nearly impossible to get.

Cons

Changing rules, Changing hours, low pay, incredibly expensive benefits, high turnover, immature management, lack of support, false advertising which patients hold providers accountable for...and the list goes on. I read poor reviews and still took the job thinking it was probably the person. I was wrong. But hey, you can still try. Just be sure you're looking for other employment. My experience is people take this job while trying to find a real one. Any job is better than none, right? Employers aren't impressed with Ideal Image employment. Other beauty spas laugh at the "experience " because their injections are very limited in the areas they treat and nobody except them would pay an NP/PA to do laser hair removal. With the slew of positive reviews I'm seeing I'm betting they paid people to write them. It's all about the upsell. Not a good environment for a medical professional.
