No work life balance They give additional responsibility meaning oh hey a manager just quit again we’re giving you more centers with no extra compensation! They continually change your “bonus” or commission structure so you’ll never meet requirements Corporate doesn’t care about their guests they continually put into practice awful strategies to steal from guests. They all of a sudden have an expiration date on contracts so if you bought in bulk during any specials please read the fine print because you have maybe 6 months to use your products or they will tell you it’s expired and try to sell you more! Horrible practices. Nurses quit daily and front desk has to call and cancel appointments, guests are furious because they can’t get back in for months. Then tell you sorry your contract expired! It’s an absolute awful environment for managers, nurses and front desk. Turnover is so high in every center nationwide they literally beg you to stay once you give your notice.

Their answer to everything is to work more… without getting paying overtime. I’m honestly not sure if their pay structure is legal. The company culture has become toxic and micromanaged. I’ll be leaving ASAP.
