They set you up for failure so they can fire you facts such as have you turn off notifications on teams where you have time management people who can remind you if phone not positioned correctly Write you up for having to use PTO for illness of child providing proof Management never available when clients need refunds Poor and slow computer system overloaded company doesn’t spend money on creating correct system Overworked with unachievable high goals then write you up on performance plans Pick on people with health conditions such as serious cancers write them up when sick Listen in on employees phone without permission when waiting in que personal spying in on their personal time it’s invading Constant change of how they pay you Making increased verbal goals although you sign contract for way less of goal Fire hundreds of employees discharge instead of lay off No work life balance they give pto but don’t factor it into monthly goal you still are required to hit a high goal Constantly stressed to sell or else you get fired They rob people with no money such as selling to people on ssi fixed income then don’t refund them Minimal services offered and sell to way overweight bmi over promise under deliver Sent jobs over seas to Philippines then fired all USA workers phone staff it’s sad

This company used to be a great company and since covid it has been one bad decision after another to now it is a complete mess. I am not sure it can survive. They have lost all the good people who cared about its success and now upper management is horrible. It is a rotating door and they go through CEO's and HR people like crazy. I feel bad for those who are left and survived the 5 reorganizations they have been through in the last 1.5 yrs. Noone feels safe and it has become a joke. They use you to do the work of 10 people so you have no work life balance however they are saving money not paying those 10 people and when they are done with you they eliminate your position or demote you. It is sad! I spent many years there and definitely could write a book about my experiences. I loved my job and wish it hadn't turned this way. I made this company so much money and was very loyal and proud of where I worked. But the culture in not existent! Please beware!
