Pros

Not much to say really. I guess some of the free services are nice. The staff at the actual centers are great. Nurses and GSC's. Too bad the regional is horrible.

Cons

Shady and unprofessional regional managers. No support. I have been in sales for over 15 years and have never been treated so badly. Yes, potentially you can make money here. But be careful if the center is a slower one. And don't expect any support from your regional.

Pros

You receive one free treatment area per year and you are able to enjoy complimentary beverages (only in the break room).

Cons

Compensation structures change constantly and never to the benefit of the consultants- only the company. It is discouraging to watch your stats continue to improve, your hours increase exponentially, only to receive half the pay you did in years prior. There is no work/life balance and you work many 10-12 hour days (no overtime paid if you are a consultant- class action lawsuit pending) and often you are required to work 6 days a week. If you have any issues with how you are spoken to or treated by management- you are told you are replaceable.

Pros

They motivate you to look your best, so they offer free cosmetic medical procedures like botox, laser hair removal and coolsculpting.

Cons

Pay compensation keeps on changing which is causing all the good sales people to leave the company. Their is not a true understanding of work-life balance. You are expected to work all of the time even over night shifts if they want you to. The training is horrible and there are a lot of ineffective processes that just waste the companies time and money. Upper Management does not value the sales people and because of this there is a high turn over.
