Cons
Toxic and negative company culture. The tone is set from head office and trickles down. No one on the executive team actually listens or wants to help. Nurses, consultants, front desk, and managers are constantly expected to work 50-60 hours per week. Work/life balance is non-existent. Consultants will be forced out if they don't meet their sales goals within 1 month of dropping below goal. Nurses are also given sales goals without any training. Nurses didn't get into healthcare to sell. Head Office claims they welcome feedback and encourages an open door policy but it's quite the opposite. If you speak up and give constructive feedback you will be gone. Everyone has a fear-based leadership approach. I've never witnessed as much turnover with any other company. All of the negative reviews on here are accurate. If you want to get into medical aesthetics, it's better if you work for a plastic surgeon, not this cold, corporate company.
