      Pros

      Love what we do. Great company as long as you can adapt to change because we are growing so much. I love coming to work every day! We get treatments :)

      Cons

      Transparency(past) - This has made such an improvement over the last year and the new CEO makes decisions that make sense. Upper Management is supportive and you can be yourself.

      Pros

      Free food every once an a while and the people I met. Thats it.

      Cons

      -I should've knew it was gonna be bad when I first started working there. They sent out an email with an incentive that if employees wrote good reviews on Glassdoor they would receive small gifts and bonuses. -long hours -low pay -frustrating guest that don't appreciate anything -poor management -lack of career advancement (its but so many positions you can have) -they fire everybody then leave you hanging to run the center by yourself (for 12/hour) and take forever to bring new ppl in -I left because I wasn't going to break my back for a company that didn't appreciate me or my work. -they want you to goto the bank everyday and deposit money and you get NO mileage

      Pros

      Some of the staff were great to work with, but it only takes 1-2 bad eggs to ruin a day. Free treatments.

      Cons

      Insurance very expensive and then has high deductible. Management is bad, they have no education or any medical background. They keep the lazy trouble makers and get rid of the good hard working people.

      Most of the feedback on Glassdoor about co-workers is very positive. The employee reviews consistently talk about co-workers being like family. We added onsite Center Manager's last year to help ensure trouble makers are dealt with in a timely manner. We have local Medical Preceptors, Medical Regionals, Medical Directors and a Medical Affairs team to support our nursing staff. Our guests benefit from having Treatment Providers educate and recommend services that will help them achieve their beauty goals.
