      None but you will get Tshirts, Table tennis/foosball table in office

      Cons

      No work life balance and few of the project like XTP demands you to work 12-13 hours a day. Company policy and culture is not employee friendly. Please join this on your risk as then they don't believe in any improvement even if you suggest. I would suggest if you are grad then you can join for few years but not long term company. All good people leave the company after few years so you are left with politics only.

      Large company, decent benefits, a place to hide

      Cons

      Everything has to be approved from the CEO of the holding company, including payroll, lack of product investment, lacks cultural identity, doesn’t pay particularly well, slowing down investment.
