      Management is horrible. It doesn't communicate well with employees. All it does is slash and burn. I doubt if they left enough bones for units to function.

      So of the most talented people I have worked with are at ION.

      Cons

      Low low low morale and a dictatorial owner who manages every single item coming out of the company. Everyone works in fear of angering the owner. No one really has autonomy of thought. Don't ever voice your ideas, unless you are a trusted few. Just follow the rules and keep your head down.
