      Pros

      - Easy place to work at. - Company events focus on physical health.

      Cons

      - HR isn't flexible at all. - No hybrid work culture. - No employee benefits. All HR says is that the employees already get competitive salary in the market so there is no need for other benefits. Total bs, because the salary is average. - It almost feels like HR dictatorship. - Have noticed micro-management in certain teams, folks are nosy.

      I haven't seen anything positive that I could count as "pros" since the group have acquired the company I worked for.

      Cons

      - Little to no interest from higher management in the employees of the companies, acquired by the group. - No salary increases or bonuses due to poor management and executives' decisions. - No opportunities for career growth within the company.
